Our Story

Hi, I’m Dani, the baker behind Crossland Cakery! 🧁 I’m a mum of two with a love for baking, creating and, of course, cake. What started as a hobby has grown into my little business, baking cakes and sweet treats from my home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. In 2026, I also opened my Cakeaway Shed and was incredibly proud to be named a finalist for Best Baker at the UK Small Business Awards! 💗 Every order means so much, and I love getting to be a little part of your special occasions!
